Use of the Platform

We do not provide financial advice, tax advice, accounting services, investment advice, or regulated financial services. Use of the Platform does not create a client-adviser relationship with Websi Limited or any third party.
You are solely responsible for how you use the data and insights generated through the Platform.
No Warranties
NetPlan and its associated services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. Websi Limited makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, uptime, speed, or suitability of the Platform for your specific circumstances.
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Any data you enter will be recoverable if lost
- The output from the Platform will be correct, up to date, or suitable for decision-making purposes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websi Limited accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) NetPlan. This includes, but is not limited to, any financial losses, data loss, loss of business, loss of savings, or reputational damage.

No Refunds or Compensation
All services provided via NetPlan.app and my.netplan.app are delivered without guarantees of specific results or outcomes. As such:
- No refunds will be issued for any payments or subscription fees, whether in full or in part.
- No compensation will be offered for downtime, feature changes, bugs, data issues, or user dissatisfaction.
- You agree that you are not entitled to claim damages, chargebacks, or financial reimbursement of any kind from Websi Limited for any reason.
If you no longer wish to use the Platform, you may delete your account at any time via the app interface.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information, including your login credentials. You must not share your access with others or misuse the Platform in any way.
NetPlan should not be used for illegal purposes, data scraping, reverse engineering, or any unauthorised use. You are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and financial rules applicable to your circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and intellectual property associated with NetPlan remain the sole property of Websi Limited. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Modifications and Termination

Governing Law
